About Our Mission

The Miss America Organization’s mission is to empower women to lead with purpose by advancing education, service, scholarship, and success—while building a lifelong foundation of sisterhood and civic responsibility. We foster academic excellence, uphold personal integrity, and encourage every woman to create meaningful, lasting impact within her community.

Within the Miss Middleboro Scholarship Organization, we provide volunteer opportunities for young women to give back to their communities and make a positive impact. Every year, Miss Middleboro sends two young women to compete for the titles of Miss Massachusetts and Miss Massachusetts’ Teen. During their year of service, each titleholder uses her Community Service Initiative to make a difference in people’s lives in her community.
